  • Raw, Organic Stone Ground Mustard

    Mustard has been repeatedly studied for its anti-cancer effects. In studies involving the gastrointestinal tract and colorectal cancer, intake of mustard has been shown to stop and or slow the growth of existing cancer cells, and protect the body against the formation of new cells. Mustard is a great source of magnesium and selenium. These have been shown to help reduce the severity of asthma, decrease some of the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, help prevent cancer, lower high blood pressure, restore normal sleep patterns, help with the symptoms of menopause, reduce the frequency of migraine attacks, and to prevent heart attack in patients suffering from atherosclerosis or diabetic heart disease.
